Probably the MoD are trying to keep it out of the British press owing to a certain incident involving a certain Sgt. having to hand over his body armour.......

sure beats what our guys have...

a friend of mine now serving in Bosnia told me UK body armour is designed not to stop a round but to stop your guts  :P
