Does anyone know if it can be spoted here (europe) on other launch dates ? I mean is it always visible over europe when launched ? Cause this is first time i heard about a shuttle can be seen over europe after launch.
Would be a pitty if not.

I believe it would depend on the orbital trajectory for the mission.  So, some will probably be visible and other not.  Since the rest of the shuttle missions are going to involve the International Space Station, they will be on a trajectory that will allow them to dock.  So, if you can see ISS when a mission is coming up-you should be able to see the shuttle.
