It was nothing on their part, it seams there was a problem someplace in the Motherboard or CPU.

I wanted to post this here as I was truly amazed at the service I received from this company. I know this could go in the "Hardware" or "Other site" forums but wanted to post it here as it is really about people! People who are honest, helpful and professional. I am very happy with the outcome of this and recommend UNITED MICRO to anybody looking to build a high performance system or anybody who wants to deal with a professional company! In today's' times, that is hard to come by!

After countless hours of trying to find the problem, I packed it up and sent it to you. The machine was just under its one-year warranty. Chris the service tech spent many hours trying to figure out the problem, as it was a tricky one. Very classy of them to treat you in this manner.

Very classy of you to pass along the kudos in a public forum.

Good job all around!

That is great, I'll bet it will run FS pretty well. I had a good experience with a locally owned and operated computer store called Professional Computer Associates. When I was building my machine with parts off the net I had a few problems, so I called them and they were more than happy to help. They had me bring my comp in to the store and they looked it over and found that I had purchased a bad processor which killed my motherboard (I didn

I can guarantee it will as I was very happy with my machine prior to this problem and this upgrade is even better. I never had a complaint with my system as it was incredible when I was running FS9. I can't wait for it's arrival!!!
