I disagree...I think he knew perfectly well what he was doing...

well obvisusly he was aware of what he was doing because if he brought all of that [very unlikely] but most payware have installers that says on the readme thing that they are not to be sold or passed on hes just trying to sweet talk his way out of something that he knows that he has done

I tend to be carefull, but you might be right Kevin! He registered yesterday ( 1st of June) and posted 4 times ... all in this thread... While most new members start in the fs2004 or fs2002 forums... and he pointed out the disks were gone... what a coincidence!  ::)

I'm 99 %convinced its him. The rotter. Re-read it all again. ::)

So you're telling me that all the 'sharing' that goes on at Kazaa of music, video etc isn't publically available? You can buy it all in the shops, but on Kazaa its free - just takes a little more time.

No, music is not publically available.  You've got to BUY it.  Freeware aircraft are the textbook definition of publically available materials.

Note that earlier I said specifically that payware was different than freeware.  That is most definitely illegal.  But compiling freeware files and charging a fee for this service is in no way a crime.

Point taken.

Perhaps not a crime. But if he's making any profit from what the freeware creators have said is not for commercial use, then surely it is wrong?
