There aren't many of us enthusiastic Cessna 150 pilots left, so we can't afford to loose any... ::)... ;)... ;D...!

...and all you CFS flight simmers out there thought that only you were in constant danger of being shot down... :o...!

Well exactly - would it have enough power to get into the air on take-off?

Glad to here everyone is okay. I was kind of surprised that there isnt a charge direclty related to shooting at a plane. It said he was charged with "discharging a weapon at an occupied vehicle resulting in bodily harm" I would have thought there would be a charge like "discharging a weapon at civilian aircraft" or something like that. I guess the laws dont cover that specifically.

As for weight, remember that I'm only 5' 7" short, and 11 Stone in heaviness...  ;)...!

Or what they charged him with is a more serious offence...so that he's in prison longer...
