It doesn't matter to me what he was charged with, to be honest.  He's not in jail because of a parking ticket.  The guy was a scumbag.  It's not a huge loss to society, IMO, if he's gone.

EDIT:  And I don't even mean just because he was in jail he was a scumbag....the guy was resisting arrest, WHILE IN JAIL...so he's obviously someone who had absolutely zero ambition to be a decent, respectful, law abiding part of the community which now expects us to mourn his demise.
