Well, since I've never really lived in the South...it was hardly a surprise that I was Yankee (don't remember the %)

70% dixie....Most of the family didnt settle anywhere for a long time but mother was mostly in southern US ;)

61% (Dixie). A definitive Southern score!

WTF? my entire family is from Indiana. I lived there untill I was 14, how did this happen?

LOL...Depends on what part you come from...Indiana (especialy farming areas like where i live) its a mix of both and blended togather...Basicaly southern with northerern terms...Cant really call it Yankee or Dixie...ive heard different terms for it...The one that seems to be most commonly used by outsiders is "hill jack."  Dont ask me why or how but thats the main one ive heard ::)

I have a mild southern accent and other then a year in Puerto Rico when i was 2 or 3 ive lived here in Indiana.  Everyone im around has the same accent for the most part so its a common thing  :P

Southern dialect is a part of Indiana apparently...So enjoy it cause your stuck with it  ::)

I scored 45%, barely yankee, lived in Michigan nearly my whole life, however my Dad and his side are from Kentucky and I have lived in Arizona during different periods which totaled around 3-4 years.
Still no linked images allowed around here Paz! Naughty...
