because AI in flight sim is the aircraft flying in the sky. They have been programmed to do a basic task without further human involvement. Thats the absolute basic principle of AI

Craig is right. AI aircraft are aircraft flown basically by the computer. cause you can't have 50,000 people flying airplanes on your computer, so the programming thakes care of that. unless you choose multiplayer.

and I think AI is one of the most interesting features of the simulator....finding new airlines, search for the planes and the timetables, programming AFCAD correctly and then finally the reward when u see them at the airport...

Yeah. Is that the one with the kid from Sixth Sense or with Robin Williams.. I think the one with Robin Williams was somthing else. Oh well. In any case, both were crappy done movies.
