...anyone seen this new Apple baby yet...?

It was reviewed on "The Gadget Show", on British TV last night... 8)...!

Looks like a Play Station brick, cheap to buy until you realise how much extra "Stuff" you have to buy, beg, borrow, steal, etc, to get it working... :'(....!

Of course it's pricey now, but if this format catches on, the overall cost should go down. Remember how much handheld calculators first cost when they came out, or mobile phones (remember how big mobile phones were?!)?

Of course it's pricey now, but if this format catches on, the overall cost should go down. Remember how much handheld calculators first cost when they came out, or mobile phones (remember how big mobile phones were?!)?

The better solution for the transportable PC issue would be a barebone PC. Smaller than a normal case and needs special mainboards, but the rest of the components is normal PC hardware.
