Cheesy Topic But could be hilarious?

Postby Spitty42 » Wed Mar 09, 2005 4:28 am

What are some glorius, standing the test of time, brilliant, positive, successful pickup lines you have heard or even used?

This could help a loney person out there, in the distance, so please take this to heart :). But some funny ones wouldnt go a miss.

Some come on, and share your pickup lines!!!!!

Cheers, Chewy. :D

I used one on a VERY attractive blond in Florida. She was at the beach and was doing wonders for the bikini she was wearing. She walked up to me and I looked at her and said, "Your putting me through absolute hell, but I'm loving every minute of it."  ;D

I find a compliment is a good opener, something like "If I told you that you had a beautiful body would you hold it against me?" ;D Women tend to prefer funny ;) Oh and ask them questions that allow them to talk, 'cos then they think you're really interested in them and the odds of you getting your leg-over improve greatly ;)
Oddly my most successful chat-up line ever was "I bet you're not brave enough to go rock-climbing" to one of my students, we've been married over 3.5 years ;D

My mate was in a que for a cashpoint the other day & he just said to the girl in front of him 'Come here often?' - she thought it was hilarious & it certainly broke the ice.

My advise it not to make it sound like it's a pick-up line, or if you want to then make it humourous.

If you want my 'female' opinion on what is the best approach I would say be sensitive, girls are more likely to go for this than anything else.  Omag has it about right, be yourself.  If for whatever reason the lady thinks you are not the one for her, then it is her loss.

Will and I were interesting in each other, we had talked on a number of occasions but it was me who made the first real move, jokingly I asked him if he had a girlfriend, he replied "not at the moment".  I then enquired as to whether he would like one, to which he said he wouldn't mind. I then asked would an older woman do, here we are nearly 10 years later married with a little 5 1/2 year old daughter.

Hope this helps anyone in the market for a ladylove.

Sarah

ps I'm not that much older than Will  ;D ;D

One I'm itching to try out is...

Neither do I. But it broke the ice."

You would need to be a certain age for this one to work.

Go into a bar & sit beside a beautiful woman. Then say to her: "You look familiar. Do I come here often?". It might not have the desired effect but it should make her laugh. ;D

"How much do you cost?" usually doesn't go over too good.

6 words:

"Can I buy you a drink..."

that said I tend not to use 'em, just talk to her and see where it goes...
