Enterprise was a great series. RIP :(

The Borg in Enterprise are not inconsistent with the Q-inspired meeting of the Borg and NCC-1701-D.

The Borg were already enroute to Earth. They learned of the existence of Earth from the returnees after the Enterprise episode and then Q warns Picard of the Borg's imminent arrival.

Simple. :)

Hardest thing to pull off would be a revisited TOS...you think the screaming over BSG got bad...just imagine all the trekkies who would freak out big time. :)

I do like how they have explained the appearance of TOS era Klingons...very neat.

I didn't get to see the episode explaining the boney headed klingons from the thick eye brow human looking ones of the original series.  I keep thinking I remember someone telling me he heard that the explaination was that klingons had different appearing races just as humans have caucasion, african, asian, etc. All look slightly different but still alike and the same under the skin and hair.

It was a disease that affected a number of klingon generations.

Oh, that makes sense. But I still like the multi ethnic klingon theory better.  More realistic.  I can't imagine that any as yet undiscovered dominent sentient being on any world would be homogeneous in real life.  If there's oceans, continents, and different climates on the specific planet then gaurenteed there would be different physical appearence among different groups of that species according to the region of that planet where they were born and bred.  Just like here on earth with us silly humans, lol.

Ethnicity would tend to fade as a society reaches the stage of rapid planteary transport...look at Earth today. Everybody is tending toward a mocha brown rather than black, white, red or yellow (in no specific order).

There's already been stories about how blonde hair is becoming less common, as well as blue eyes.

Since I barely have a life, I managed to buy [with time and patience] the entire 7-season collection of Star Trek Voyager. I really like. Too bad it's barely around on television. :'(
