Beluga A-380?

Postby StrutterGunner » Sat Mar 05, 2005 6:10 pm

Does anyone else out there foresee the possibility of Airbus building a Beluga variant of the A-380? IMHO, Airbus can't continue trying to ship A-380 sections all over Europe on barges and transport trucks.

yes, it is ugly, but it gets the job done well!

I agree about not trying to ship the 380 on the ground. I saw a TLC show about the building and some of the film of the transportation was rediculus! Trucking the parts within a feet of houses every week? What a commotion for a formerly "small town that never got noticed"... :P :-X
