Hahahaha. Exercise. What a joke. I don't bother to work out. I believe in being as strong as you need to be and for that no work out is needed. Personally I don't foresee any situation when I will be required to lift, and hold, anything greater than my own weight. And that's only necessary for skylarking, and I only do that in the summer. So screw working out and mock all those other fools who think it necessary to live.

I lifted heavily '94-'2000 and I got up 300lbs on bench, deadlift and squat 455lbs. and I curled with the 80lb. dumbbells, rarely used a bar for curling.

One day, all of you health nuts are going to look mighty silly...lying in hospital beds dying of nothing. ;)

Isn't that an oxymoron? ::)

I can get up to 200. 210 if I'm feeling sproingy. Yes. Sproingy. It's a real word. :)

I don't actively lift weights, but I do keep a rather large wood furnace full which helps a lot! Take a 3ft long log that's 2 feet across, split it in half, and carry those halves 20 feet. Repeat as needed. I estimate I could probably bench about 160 or so. Not a whole lot, but if you can do everything you need to do, who cares?

Not that you can't bench 160 lbs...but I had a few friends say they could bench 180 lbs and when they went in they struggled with 100lbs....
