To school...

Drive about 1/4 mile to home school...Get on bus and go about 20 miles to vocational...3 hours later go back 20 miles...3 hours after that back to home.

Work...

6AM drive 16 miles.  then whenever im done.  1PM to 4PM take 18 miles on different roads to stop by the other barn and drop off whatever is needed.

So pretty easy drives they just seem long early in the morning :P

0.5 miles by bike. Throw in some wind and uphill action along with a 3-times-a-day routine and I have myself a really serious workout. ;D

And that's only to and from my job.

Weekly Bike Schedule:

Mon:
0700 - to work
1100 - from work to lunch
1630 - end of duty day [pedaling home]

Tue:
0700 - to work
1100 -     "
1530 - weekly exersice at the running track
1630 -     "

Wed:
same as Mon

Thur:
same as Mon

Fri:
0700 - Command Run [running 1.5 miles along a road]

Basically, my entire work week revolves around exercise.

About 6 miles from school.

And, depending on if/where I'm working, either 22.7 feet, 24.4 miles, or 145.6 miles.

My house is about 2 or 3 miles from where I work.  It takes me about 3 minutes at the most to get there in the morning, and around 5 minutes or so to get back home in the evening.  Usually the longest part of the trip is turning from the parking lot at the shopping center to the road that goes to my house.  They really should put a traffic light in there, its a real pain to make a left turn at 4pm.

I've been thinking about moving to a place about 5 miles away or another about 30 miles away.  When I do, I'm really going to miss this short commute...

In the old movie Demolition Man, starring Silvester Stallone [did I spell it right?], there is this one scene where his female companion tells him that there is "Shwarzenagger Library" in town. He says "Hold on, Shwarzenagger became President?" Female: "He became president after the new amendment that was put in...." Silvester: [talking to himself] "President?"

As many of you should know, this movie came out LOOOOOONG before Arnold ever thought of becoming Govenor of Ca. ::)
