Explosion in Iran

Anyway, no one seems to have mentioned the reason for the explosion - they're constructing a dam, strangely enough about 100miles from Dailam, and apparently they are frequent. This one was a little larger than normal though...

Well, they've just used a nuke instead of normal dynmaite to get rocks out of their way - so what?

 It's accepted now that it wasn't a nuke blast, but I did hear yesterday evening that they suspect an accident involving a military training flight- they practice in that area (is that wise? Seems Iran has more than enough uninhabited acreage). Could be a crash, a wayward missile (or drop tank!)...

Or it they could be blasting rock for the dam they just happen to be building in the very same area...
