Mmmmmh, Iran is the world leader in producing pistacios, and opiates.

To be honest I'm more worried about the French nuclear reactors just across the Channel from where I'm sitting.

Hey ho...

Anyway, no one seems to have mentioned the reason for the explosion - they're constructing a dam, strangely enough about 100miles from Dailam, and apparently they are frequent. This one was a little larger than normal though....

Nope. Not unless the wind changes. The prevailing wind is from the SW - as you well know. ;)
