Does this mean that I'll be fully compensated for all of my mutliplayer flights? I sure could use some extra cash! :-)

I know a guy who was completely addicted to everquest, its one of those online RPG games, if you didnt know, he would litterly spend every waking moment on it. it was pretty sad, then his computer crashed, and he was forced to re-join the real world. He should sure the mfgr of his comp for the "value" of his "virtual goods".

Curiouser and curiouser... a whole new world of legitimate ethical dilemmas, and of course wonderful opportunities for greedy litigators... what's scary is that landmark lawsuits really do influence the general tone of a society.

To me, this is absolute proof that mankind's IQ has finally hit stone-age levels. :P

I'm afraid that these lawsuits will soon impact FS in a very negative way.

If someone else was to take my screen name could i sue them for that ::)

I mean....Its bad enough when every little thing in the real world gets caught up in courts but now the virtual world too :-/  I thought the internet was supposed to be a free place for everyone...Now you have to pay a yearly fee just to have a .com address on a personal website...For once can something be left as is without somebody taking it to the extreems :-/

I dont go to these little virtual worlds they speek of but who in their right mind would pay 30 grand for some virtual island :o Just buy a version of FS...Theres a whole virtual world for you for .002% of the cost ::) (insert DOH smiley here)

I have the game "City of Heroes" where you can create your own hero and then take him into this giant online city, the options of how you can make your hero look are almost endless, but I heard Marvel (the comic guys) are suing the makers of the game because if someone puts enough effort in, they can make their hero look like a Marvel character.
Still no linked images allowed around here Paz! Naughty...
