Depends on the cartoon. I've seen some very rude ones indeed. Definitely not suitable for children's TV.

Its more a simpsons area cartoon rather than kids cartoon.

I spotted those FOX blockers. They look more like a chunk of plumbing than an electronic gizmo. Do they actually work or is it a joke?
