SimV- The beggining(sp)

I've wondered about this for a long time now ::). But who began SimV ??? . Whos are the grandaddies of SimV. It started as a group of friends and flourished to over 15,000 members (15,219 to be precise 8)) How did SimV begin?

Felix, are you suggesting that SimV was started by a Unicorn...or an Irish Rover? :)

Actually Pete our beloved leader started off from the Emerald Isle ;)
