I assume you've brought the phone second hand Ace?
Best bet is to email Sharp and ask them, they'll probably need the serial number of the phone etc but they should be able to give you the info you need

where i live, every computer flea market has at least 3 simlock removal shops for the people that bought their phone before the locking ban
