Time doesn't exist. It's simply a man made illusion to inform us of how the day is coming along and to stop us from going mad.

I hope that made sense, it feels like ive been typing for an hour.... really about 8 minutes.

It makes sense to me. In fact I think it's quite brilliant & explains it perfectly. ;D

I dont think thats what he meant. The way I make myself understand this concept is that time is a measurement, just like inches and centimeters. we all know how big a centimeter is, but can you hand me a centimeter? can you go out and buy a brand new mile? no, because they dont exist, they have no substance, they are not tangible. all measurments are nothing more than reference, including hours and minutes. The other thing is that time is subjective. For example, have you ever had a "long day" at work? it was only 8 hours, and for someone else, the day may have felt like it flew by. We all have different perceptions of time, I know a guy who says things like "Ill be there in 10 minutes" and he shows up 2 hours later, and dosent realize that it has been that long. on the other hand sense I was waiting for him, it seemed like 4 hours to me. Other systems of measure are subjective as well, I am a horrible judge of distance, so what looks like 10 feet to me may turn out to be 8, and look like 11 to someone else. I am not just argueing that time dosnt exist, I am argueing that no unit of measure exists in physical form. Yes you can travel 2 miles of the road, but it isnt the miles you are traveling on, its the road. so in order to travel 2 years into the future, you wouldnt travel on the years themselves, but on what? nothing, because there is no physical element of time.

I hope that made sense, it feels like ive been typing for an hour.... really about 8 minutes.

Very timely and sucsinct  ::) ::) ;D  ::) ;D

OK then, since we have all migrated to a more encompassing topic of time and its concepts, I think I have it now..............

All we need is this..........

........and then modify one of these........

..........along with this procedure.........

..........and we should have it all under control ?
