I'm surprised you chose San Diego to win. After their narrow referee helped win last week against oakland, charger fans, who have been getting awfully vocal the past few weeks have suddenly been very quiet. Its nice to know they have to win on sunday, because they wont beat Denver next week, and with only the Colts to worry about and San Diego 2 games behind the AFC west could be decided next week. I am really looking forward to seeing harrington play again tomorrow. They finally showed a detroit game last week and the guy was spectacular. Gotta say poor old Eli, he's gonna go down with two straight losses, i guess it is lucky for him theres two Mannings in the NFL at least the next family get together he can get some advice from big bro about what to do with a crap defence ;D LOL

I picked San Diego to win because I think they are a better team all around.  Although KC has a great offense, I don't think their defense will be able to stop San Diego very well.

As far as Harrington, he is having a very impressive season-in his third year he is finally starting to break away from the pack.  I see him becoming one of the league's top quarterbacks.  I remember watching him play in college for Oregon and he was amazing.  He won the starting job as a sophomore in the middle of the season and made Oregon into one of the best teams in the country (in my opinion, they were the best team in 2001 and got screwed out of a chance to play for the title).  He kind of became a local sports hero and is my favorite player who is currently active.

For Eli, I think he is gonna have another tough game but as you said quarterbacking seems to run in his family.  Peyton is the best QB in the NFL currently and is a future Hall of Famer.  But, don't forget that his father Archie was also a great NFL QB (and a great Ole Miss QB-like Eli) playing from 1971-1984 playing mainly for the Saints but also for the Oilers and the Vikings.  I think he'll find a grove, but it might take him a little while to settle in.

Am i the only one who doesnt see the hype in this guy ??? He's helped out by one hell of a good group of receivers, and a running back who can do both jobs. I mean how many times has Peyton won the superbowl? And i dont believe the rubbish about the defence being poor, thats their own fault for paying manning so much, they do fine during the rest of the season. But thats just me :-X ;) :)

John Elway had to put up with some pretty poor Denver line-ups for quite a few years, i think it was the fact he did so well with those teams is what makes him one of the best. And what better way to finish of his career but with back to back SB's. Personally i think there is a group of QB's that no one will ever come close to, those you mentioned in Montana Elway and Marino but perhaps you could Add Unitas to that list aswell. While i am not too fammiliar with his career i have seen the guys stats an they are impressive. As to whos the best in the group its safe to say that could be debated till the end of time:) I honestly dont see Manning ever being as talked about in 10 to 15 years. I agree about Culpepper. And would put Mcnabb above him, and thats not saying much. I wont argue that Manning is the best current QB, but lets also face it he's not faced huge problems with defence and when he has he's struggled, its running up the score against poor defence's thats getting him his numbers. I would like to throw a name into the race to join the Elite who will be talked about for all time though. Brett Favr

How can you say that John Elway played with some bad Broncos teams.

yes its the orange and blue jerseys white pants. the other option was the all blue uniform, but not to many people like that one ::)

And hey i didnt say they had bad seasons now, just bad teams. For one like you mentioned they lacked a running game, which is rather ironic i guess. And their D was pretty poor, i can remember many games where Elway had to lead many 4th qtr come backs.
