What is not mentioned in the article is that this stupid man was filmed doing it. I saw a clip published in the newspaper. Even so, I wouldn't mind betting he'll get away with it. >:( He should be banned for life. IMHO

Driving with a child on your dashboard, operating a mobile and opening a window.... What was he holding the wheel with ???  :o  :-X -  What an absolute Muppet! ::)

He's had the cheek to appeal! I hope they increase his ban !

Makes me wonder why the rest of his passengers did'nt do something about it?

People like this idiot (I've just listened to him protesting his innocence on the radio!) frankly, should never be given back their licence.
