Im having trouble making my avitar fit the 30K limit I tried to make an animated gif

but the smallest I can make it is 51 k

also the image alone the smallest I can make is 32 k

Is there any good way to compress a .gif

ohh I got it!!!! barely I cut a few pixels and instead of using the words on Photoshop, I used bitmap image and just copied and paste

ps. the noseart is a picture of my lil bro 15 mnts old raising one eyebrow, thats the last thing you'll see when I shoot you down (joke)
