Most Useless Inventions

Well, since the other guy posted the most useful invetions, so I'm posting this.

Here I know a few:

1.) This Japanese guy invented a mask for fishes
2.) A guy over in Cali (I think ???) invented this thing where you can recharge one dead battery buy using 12 brand new batteries.

now you guys finish this off

John Logi Baird, inventor of the television also invented the pneumatic boot. ;D

Just in case anyone gets the wrong end of the stick the MoD is the Ministry of Defence. A UK government department. ;)
