Where did they stay? I didn't notice any flooding today. There is a thunderstorm going on right now, but this is the only one today.

I have been missing the good storms! I love severe weather, not the damage it does but watching the power of nature at her finest.
I learned allot about weather while in school, and now living in the Appalacian mountain area now for 10 years have experianced allot of weird weather pattern, everything from tornados a 1/4 mi away and sunny where I'm at, to 91* and hot to 12 inches of snow in less than a 24 hr time frame!
Mountain weather is nearly impossible to predict.
This time of year it is a no brainer that it will storm for at least 15 minutes everyday, just depends on where you are at when it does.

I am in Muskeegon, Michigan and we are getting it here too. All the yards here are now water and its supposed to rain on and off all week. Looks like its time to break out the old paddle boat!

It's semi-good news up here because they never do anything.  Now, if I lived in Oklahoma, then no, that wouldn't be good news.  But storms here rarely do major damage, and are quite enjoyable.

But as usual, that one also crapped out.  Sigh...
