Ouch! Toothache...

Postby Wing Nut » Thu May 20, 2004 1:40 am

Well, I have been up all night with a toothache.  I am pumped full of Vicodin, and have been sucking on ice to numb it all night long.  This one ain't just going away, and if I make very little sense right now it's because I am stoned out of my gourd.

So what kind of toothache cures do you guys know?  :)

I've been there & tried most things. The temporary cure will depend on what's causing it. Infection & abcesses can cause the most terrible pain you could imagine & the usual remedies will be no help at all. A strong painkiller usually does the trick for me. Visit the dentist as soon as possible.

If it is from a broken tooth, or just a cavity, take some Goody's (body pain is best) or Standback powders! Pour the powder over the problem area and the pain will go away for awhile!
It doesn't taste that great but worth the relife.
I know from experiance, seems my family has been kind enough to pass on to me the joy of weak teeth. No matter how often I floss and brush I'm cavity prone! I won't have a real tooth left by the age of 40!  :'(

Hmmmm.
Has been done though, but usually when they're supposed to come out. ;D
There was that woman on the news recently who was pulling out her own teeth because she couldn't get an NHS dentist. ;D :o :-/ - With her husbands pliers.
Perhaps u should pay her a visit!

Never had that, but I did have a bladder infection once where I peed blood and *something* that looked like gauze for a week.  That was pretty bad...
