There is 12K registered users here. If just 1000 of us chipped in $10 a year, pete would get 10K a year to run the site. I'm sure everyone here, unless you are living on the street, could afford even $5. I will agree that it wil be a stretch for some of these young guys around here. I'm a college student and I would love to be a member of A.net, but I sure as heck can't afford to fork out $55 bucks a year for it. Look out when I can though.

Heck I was making my own money at the age of 9 so I could get things I wanted, maybe it is because I was raised by not getting everything I cried for, and I had to EARN it.

As for getting the money to Pete what is so hard about that, no checking account, credit cards?? Ever hear of a Money Order? You don't even need a bank account for one, heck you can get them at just about any store you go into to buy that $20 of candy!!
$20 is no trouble for me! My problems lie in finding $185,000 to finish paying my medical bill!!! And how do I do that, I work my ass off for it!
So get off your lazy asses and get a job, if your in school get a part time job, if your really pressed on time take the couple hours a day you spend surfing the web or hanging out here and do some chores!!

And there is more where that came from!
The reason this ticks me off so much is because there is this family that rent the house behind the place I work.
They don't work at all, they sit on the porch drinking all day, they own five cars (much nicer than mine) thier kids have thier own 4 wheelers, etc and remember I said they DON'T work. How do they afford the $600 per/ month rent and all the "toys"?  WELFARE!! and there is no real reason for them not working, they are completely healthy, not disabled in anyway (except after the 20th beer)

Yes that is right my hard earned money that is taken from me and the hard earned money from every tax paying American, is paying for the lifestyle they have!!!! I buy their beer, cigarettes, toys, cars, rent!!!! I have a hard time making ends meet for myself but these losers have no worries their bills are payed for by me and anyone else that works!!!
These are the people that make it near too impossible for the people that really need assistants to get the help they need!
Maybe that is what I should do quit working and live off all the taxpayers!! Maybe I should be lazy? But I can't! You know why? Because I have PRIDE!! I like too know that what I have I worked for, and that is why when I hear someone complain about something like $20 it pisses me off!
Everything I own I EARNED! Nothing given to me, I need extra money I make sacrifices, I take a second job, I do side work etc.
Im so sick of all these "Veruca Salts" that are called the "future" .
