What specific type of aircraft if any specifics?

Are you looking for a physical one that you can hold?

Or will a PDF or .txt file do for you?

Also you might get better results in the real aviation forum..:-)

You can go out to a local FBO and have them order you one. ;)

Fixed Based Operator, aircraft rental/fuel depot/ sometimes mechanical services,

Im not sure where you can find a free one, not sure if they would be same quality either.

Is this for FS? In real life you can buy manuals at most Pilot shops (most have websites)

Have you got the Werner Schott FS manuals for these aircraft in FS?

I've been trying to get one for an F4U for quite awhile, would an FBO offer one of those?

I doubt it incredibly, I dont think the f4u would be in mass print like Cessna and Piper PIMs.
