You can't get from A to Z via all the other letters half as quickly as in a jet. :P

Give me a vintage light aircraft with a prop & I'm happy as a sandboy. Preferably a taildragger - a proper aeroplane. I never fly jets - except in CFS2. ;)

Prop's are used to build experience to get to jets. 8)

Yea, though our country transits through the international airspace of death, we shall fear no evil, for You are with us, Your fighter and your bomber, they comfort us.

As long as it flies....

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

At least with a prop you are reassured by seeing whats making the plane go forwards. It's also very easy to see if the engines not working properly...

So props. The Spitfire had a propeller. And thats enough for me. ;D

From the looks of things at this point we jet fans have been beat buy the prop fans.but its a good thing this poll wasnt who has the most downloads.cause we jet fans would win that one hands down. ;D

There is just something about a prop driven aircraft. Somehow they seems alive and the sound of a big piston engine and the prop blades cutting up the air is just pure magic.

I think this poll was originally posted in the FS2004 forum. I assumed it was about the aircraft in the sim & answered accordingly.

If we're talking about real life I do like some jets & would still rush outside if I heard a jet fighter or vintage type like the Hawker Hunter. I wouldn't bother to look up if I heard a modern jet airliner. They don't interest me at all & they all look the same to me. This might have something to do with my age. I fondly remember the days of the classic prop airliners. These were slow & noisy inside but had something called character.* I prefer a jet airliner for travelling in as a passenger but a prop for fun. ;)

*PS. There's no way you could mistake this beauty for anything else.
