File Download Windows

File Download Windows

How can i make those file download windows appear that tell you how much longer the download is going to take and allow you to save the file to a location?  They only show up on AvHistory, but no where else.  I found an article on this at the MS website, but apparently it didn't apply to Windows XP.

Are you using a d/l manager program to download your files?

OK...

Go to the list of file associations
browse to .zip
click 'advanced'
you will see a screen with a list, and 2 checkboxes at the underside.

the one which says something about download has to be checked
