Just some thoughts!

If they didn't land on the moon, why are scientist dreaming off going to Mars these days.

If we didn't go to the moon, wouldn't they try to do it today, perhaps so called "again" to prepare other landings?

Crafts have been landing on other planets like Mars ( lets just hope the Europeans don't try to go to the moon  ;D).

there where MIR and the international spacestation. If that's possible and think landing on the moon is too.

besides: I get to say if they did it, cause the worl as i see it is in my head andyou guys are all an illusion produced by my mighty brain. I am the only real person ...  ;D ;D ;D 8)

OK here is a sure photo from the Moon, Notice one of the large craft on the other side of the crater

We did go to the moon. And we did make political films.
It was a stupendous time in human endeavours, For the German forces had discovered ancient Indian Vedic writings that said that the moon had been mapped. ???
And this was secret ancient knowledge that had to be resourced. Full stop weather you believe it or not. Vimanas had been there already, thousands of years ago. And the astronaughts whom went there had a confirmation that changed there lives. WE went we saw we were astonished into silence.

i saw a documentary on that but one thing stuck out more than the rest.. there was a photo with multiple rocks and with only one light source in the galaxy... the sun surely the shadows on these rocks would have been facing the same way.. hmm apparently not on the photo which meant multiple light sources...they never bought no spotlights to the moon

ah and there was two photos each taken miles away from each other which had the same backdrop..exactly the same backdrop

only these two theories doubt my belief in that flight other than that then we have been to the moon

AAARGH.  I can see that 15% of the general population might believe the landings were a hoax, but 15% of our readers - you disappoint me.

On the first page of this riduculous subject I related my view that if this were a conspiracy there would have to be hundreds, if not thousands, of people involved.  In over 30 years not one of them has disclosed a conspiracy.  The hoaxers say the CIA killed them - just before they were about to come out of the closet.

The latest theory I have heard is that the Apollo spacecraft orbited Earth in a Low Earth Orbit - about 100 miles for a week and pretended to send the video.  This is most popular among people who believe the Van Allen radiation belts are so deadly that no manned spacecraft could pass through them without killing the occupants.

Asuming Apollo was in a LEO fopr a week YOU COULD SEE IT.  Haven't you ever seen the ISS?  It's orbit is well known and documented and it can be seen with the naked eye.  Ahh, you say, NASA painted it black so it wasn't reflective.  Well, if it were only 100 miles away you (or a sophisticated Soviet Union) could see it on radar.  Why didn't the SU denounce it?

NASA said that Apollo sent radio signals from 250,000 miles away.  If the Soviet Union "knew" the signals were faked and only 100 miles away why didn't they say so?  Any moron can tell you that a spacecraft orbiting 100 miles above the earth (i.e., once every 90 minutes) is going to send a signal from a different direction than one on its way to the moon.

Wake up and think.  The Soviet Union and China had the technology to track a spacecraft.  If there was any possiblilty that NASA was pulling a fast one they would have been the first to say so.  But the people claiming "fake" are  Americans - maybe a few wacky Brits, but no Soviets or Chinese.

I'm prepared to believe that men landed on the moon. However, I'm not so convinced that all the footage we were shown on TV at the time is genuine. The more anyone ridicules me for doubting something the more I dig my heels in. I've become more cynical with age. ::)

As for secrecy, almost 10,000 people from all backgrounds served at Bletchley Park during WWII. Most were billeted locally & not one revealed the secret work they were involved with, even to their spouses. Some took this secret to the grave with them. All physical evidence was destroyed at the end of hostilities. The truth only came out when official documents were declassified 50 years later.

PS. This might be difficult to believe as I'm not sure anyone would be so loyal now. It seems that the first priority of someone retiring from secret work of any kind is to write a book & reveal all.

..one of my greatest pleasures in life is waiting for someone to ask me, "Did we go to the Moon"...?
I immediately reply, "Of course not!".
That gets everybody in an uproar while I chuckle to myself, and quietly walk away... ;)...!

Maybe SimV should start a new forum titled "Tabloid Topics"! I can imagine something like "Did NASA fake Moon Landings?!" in the "National Enquirer"...... say, between articles like "New Evidence: Jimmy Hoffa Kidnapped by Space Aliens!", or "Tony Blair: Illegitimate son of Satan??" .....(enkwirin' minds wanna know!) Perhaps some of the deeper thinkers out there would like to discuss those issues as well.....and of course, do keep an open mind! ;D

Having an open mind and an active imagination are one thing ; one should also keep in touch with reality.

Personally, I think this B.S. just involves some non-Americans having their fun. To seriously suggest that those brave and honorable astronauts who risked their lives to accomplish the most spectacular feat in human history; that they and NASA were nothing more than co-conspirators in a monumental fraud is, frankly, incredibly ignorant and naive (IMHO). People can believe what they want, the Moon landings were and are a fact.

Fozzer, if it were me asking you, I would answer back, "You mean you didn't, we Americans did!" ;D ;)

P.S.: Course if Mr. Armstrong or Mr. Aldrin were with us, they could turn to me and say "whaddya mean we?"

"Tony Blair: Illegitimate son of Satan??" .....[i]

Now that could explain a lot. ;D ;)

Redwing old chap. Having doubts isn't being anti-American or anti-anything for that matter. I have the right to think what I like - at the moment anyway. ::)
I grow more cynical with age & don't trust politicians or what they would have me believe simply because they tell me to. I keep an open mind & come to my own conclusions. ;)
