Well, believe it or not, Microsoft is the one who is more afraid of litigation than the little people [us ;D ].

Remember, America is now a Litigation Nation. With legal fear running around in this country, you will now see corporate giants taking a lot of precautions than we do.

This is because Corporate Giants have a lot of money and a lot of things to lose while us [the little people] have nothing to lose. And with stupid lawsuits running around, that would mean that Microsoft could be sued even for the most stupidest things.

There was once a case in which a Man had called COMCAST [a cable company] to make sure that his cable service is removed. The company removed him from the list BUT they forgot to remove the cable connection. Thus, the guy his family had FREE cable. But he then sued the company. He said that because of the free cable, his wife got fat and his kids are no longer doing homework. Believe it or not, he won the lawsuit.

There was a case with the McDonalds company, and all others.

Microsoft agreed to give him a XBOX console [along with other goodies]. I don't know why, but maybe it's because 'ol Billy was afraid that he might get sued becuase he would be obstructing the kid's rights to have such a name for his website.

This is not the first such case. There's a family that has a website called www.millertime.com

They are the Millier Family, but they don't represent the beer company. The company complained and wanted the family to handover their website's name. The family then started making an all-out legal war against the company because they say they have every right to have such a name for their website because the name belongs to them and not the company.

I guess the Miller Family lost the battle because this is there new web address: http://members.aol.com/vairboy/

However, they did put up a very good legal fight.
