I also noticed that he started his bid at one pence, so that amount that it is at now is a upped bid!!!
This means going by Ebay policy that the person who holds that highest bid is in a legally binding contract!!!!!!!!! DOH!!!
I think the only way to get out of it is if Ebay themselves make this a illigitimate auction and cancel it !
If I worked for Ebay I wouldn't cancel this auction!! I would sit back and watch the lawsuit!
