Unfortanatly I don't see how anyone could sue over this.
It seems that Nortwest did thier homework and found a loop hole in their privacy policy to protect themselves.
The policy said they wouldn't sell to third party, nothing about Government.
Don't get me wrong I don't think this is right at all, if Northwest knew they were going to do this then the passengers should have been made aware. It is another way of "Big Brother" invading the privacy of all people!!
Question is, Did they receive any money? If so then a lawsuit might be in order.
It also shows how Airlines in general won't stand up to the Government for itself or it's customers.
