It seems those guys are really doing things the way the want with nobody to answer to. I just hope anybody who hops in one of those planes, gives the pilot a breathalizer before the flight!!

reminds me of the Discovery Europe program about the Russians flying around siberia in old An-2's...

you have 10 planes, 6 for flying and 4 for spares...

Some smart guy at Antonov OKB got the brilliant idea to make a fixed hook under the engine to hang a bucket on when working on the engine
