Michael Schumacher has been the Formula 1 world champion racing driver for the last I don't know how many years. I believe he also holds the record for the number of world championships. He's also a good looking guy. At least I think so. ::)

Thanks again Hagar....I learn something new everyday.  Actully I don't follow auto racing, not even NASCAR, so please excuse my ignorance.  But of all auto racing I think Formula 1 is just about the best.

MAN, I never thought that a lot of you guys would go off topic after that small remark I made about Silent's look. ;D

This is a thread about NASA, not about Michael Schumacher or F1 racing. ;D

Pleased to help. ;)

Michael Schumacher is the best racing driver I've ever seen. The best of the best. I've been interested in motor racing for about 45 years so I've seen all the greats in my time. I'm not the only one with this opinion.

Agreed, having been an F1 fan all my life and having researched many years before that. I have always defended him against those who say he is ruining the sport those who say its because of the car.But schumi has prooven time and time again its not just the car. He has won at every single race track used since 1990, he has won in every type of weather driven in. They called ayrton senna the rain master, personally if he was the master then schumi is the Guru. Hes better than Fangio and stewart and Hill all put together and he's only going to get better.
Nice to know there is another fan of his work here:)

although i'm german ,i don't like him. he may be a nice guy and a godlike driver, but i simply don't like him. maybe, because of his successes or maybe because of his character ,i don't know exactly. i always liked heinz-harald frentzen, but sadly he changed from F1 to the DTM series.
imho, formula 1 has become pretty boring. what a pity...

p.s: this year's champion: raikk

Go NASA!!!!
....
Now lets pause for a moment and reflect on Beagle 2...
...

Beagle 2-MIA
Hope continues, for by Friday we will know the outcome of this galant explorer of Mars after it was presumed thrown down a great big hole on Mars by its mother... ship and hope that it may make contact as its systems power up on Wednesday but solar power is a big problem in holes :'(

Here's to hope that Beagle 2 springs to life and starts responding to its instructions.
