Your opinion about bush

Postby Donnie111 » Fri Jan 02, 2004 7:16 pm

I think (my opinion) that Bush loves war and searches for countries that could do somthing wrong and forces them to do somthing wrong so he can attack them, and accidently bomb houses miles away from his target. I think he should stop terrorists his way and go over there himself to kill them, he is trying to involve the whole world so he cant get in trouble. In short words, I think he is the terrorist!!!

This is not a suitable topic for this forum. If I were a mod here it would already be toast.

I would have thought this was obvious. Have a little common sense guys. ::) ???

I wasn't joking.  Whatever computer scans the net for suspected terrorist activity has seen this thread and has noted our names, ages, locations and the color of the underwear we are currently sitting in.

So much for the reputation of FS sites . . .

Let's not get overdramatic Ender. LOL

I'm hoping that Donnie will see sense & delete this thread before I mail Pete about it. I'm sure he will not be best pleased. He can do without this sort of thing. ::)

PS. Too late. I've mailed him. Words fail me. >:(

I totally agree. Political threads have no place in this community.

Here is the reason, mainly, for the newer members, of why we don't all like political posts here. Political posts are rather risky, because we all come from different backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. We also come from different parts of the world. This is a huge problem. We all speak English here, we all agree to that. The thing is, we speak different English, and, we have been taught English in different ways. One phrase may be perefectly harmless, from a British point of view, while, American's, see it as a put-down or worse, even though, it was meant to be totally harmless.

This rule is so that we all can enjoy our stay here, and to protect everyone.
Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when I come for you?

I think Bush is doing a fantastic job... it feels good to have a president who is not fearful of defending his country. When you let your guard down and sell your own military hardware to other not so friendly nations as we have been doing for the past decade you invite attack. Bush isnt one to whore out is country like the Draft doger we used to call Mr. president.

Some people call Bush a "war loving terrorist"... lets all try and recall his number one objective coming into this presidency...  to reform the faltering education system in the United States of America! In fact when the news came across that the trade center was being hit he WAS NOT in some bunker planning a war, rather he was preparing to give a speech to a bunch of elementary schoolers about what he planned to do to ensure them a better education! SOUNDS LIKE A WAR MONGER TO ME RIGHT GUYS?

I live in Texas, and I met G. W. at my local airport after a late night flight before he was a household political name. I shook his hand, I pet his dog, and we talked about his flight in. This was a rare opportunity as i was one of the 3 people at the FBO when he arrived, it wasnt a baby kissing photo op. He was one of the nicest most ginuine christian people i have ever met in my life and for the first time since i was old enough to care about politics on any scale i can honestly say that I AM PROUD TO HAVE HIM AS A LEADER.

. . . and so we come the crux of the problem with political discussions on this website.  Any person who's views are against Bush might be considered "unpatriotic" and could get SimV in trouble or even worse, shut down.  It has happened to others . . .

So a political discussion on these forums will most likely be very onesided.  A bit unfair, if you ask me.
