Fly TED?

I just heard that United Airlines, to avoid bankruptcy, is forming a low cost, no frills carrier that they intend to call "Ted" (the last three letters in United)  The planes will  be white and  carry two interlocking U,s on their tails.  It may be cheaper, but do you want to fly an airline named "Ted"?

The name doesn't bother me. Providing it's safe & considerably cheaper they can call it Poo if they wish & paint this little guy on the tail.



Somehow I don't think they would get many customers. Or maybe they would?

Why not?  Delta flies you on a Song....  now they'd get more customers if it were "Thong" and the crew dressed accordingly.

I'm surprised that Jet Blue is doing so well. ...  considering that when you get the "blues" you're sad.

Could be a SUPER airline, as long as there's no one called Pete from texas in the vicinity. But Mother Nature would be on your side...
