I have a small free website. Am i allowed to host some scenery file and aircraft files for download. I dont want to sell them.All i want to do is to share the file accross the CFS community.Do i need permission first or what?

Goose. I think it might be best to choose a few files you would like to host. Then mail the authors & ask for their permission. Some might object but in my experience most will be flattered. If you have it in writing nobody can argue.

PS. To get you started you're welcome to my CFS1 carrier USS Essex if it's any use to you. http://www.simviation.com/cfs1scenery8.htm
It's a small file which might be ideal for your restricted web space.
