I had the same question some time ago. Since then I found out you don't need any  ;D.
All you have to do is click "upload images" at the top of the forums, select the pic you want to upload by browsing your harddisc (a little bit down at the "upload images page") and click "upload".
Make sure your picture complies to the rules mentioned.

Make note of the URL you get (use the exact name of your uploaded picture at the end) and you can use it in the forums using the "insert image" button just above this  >:( smiley.
More specific instructions can be found in this forum somewhere. Maybe one of the regulars around here can tell you where to find them cause I forgot.

Maybe I got the question wrong, in that case consider this reply not sent.
