Have you ever been on a Russian aircraft?

Postby Loafing Smurf » Sat Jun 14, 2003 1:07 pm

Most of the people here seems to live in the West, so I figured it might be an interesting question.

I've never been on a Russian aircraft.

Not only been on, but jumped out of, and logged some 'unofficial' stick time at the local parachute club! All on my favourite flying junk pile the AN-2!

AN-2 Colt...which will probably be the plane of choice for most "Yes" answers. :)

They were still flying the 134s at that time Bjorn, so yup you've been there and done that. They started buying Boeings in '96 I think. They still have 2 134s in service (but I've never managed to get a flight on one) :(

I should have been more specific. Vote "yes" (past this point)  if you been in a Russian aircraft in flight.
