i think i might speak to an uncle of mine about some time away, he lives in canada perhaps being away from it all in a completely differant country will work,

If this girl is screwing your head up this bad, then escaping to a new environment could be the best thing, but you have to go with a goal and FOCUS on that goal, I know because it has worked for me a couple of times, go where you don't know anybody and start over, and for gosh sakes if you want to get over this chick, DON'T take any pictures of her along to remind you of how depressed you are.
Your only other option is to grow some nuts and ask her where she stands, if theres a chance to rekindle the relationship then take it slow, let her set the pace, but don't freak out if she says she doesn't want to hook back up, then at least you know you can quit worrying about it and move on.
Trust me! Don't let her mess with your head! Women love to do that to guys! and personally I have learned to never trust a girl that just broke up with someone, you'll end up being even more messed up when she starts bouncing back and forth between you and the other guy.

Oh yeah, there have been a lot of times in my life when I thought it would be easier to just give up and end it all, or if I drank myself to death along with a heathy contribution from other substances maybe that would be for the best, I sure am glad I was never successful in doing these things, because there is so many things that I would have missed out on.
If you don't end up marrying this girl, and maybe even if you do, unless you are TRULY meant to be together, 10 years from now you won't even think about her, and if you do, it will probably be to relate your experiences to somebody else dealing with the same problem.
Still no linked images allowed around here Paz! Naughty...

Hey Craig, look at it this way when I moved to Hungary I didn't want any relationships, I just wanted to party with my friends for 6 months and avoid my family for those 6 months too. Within the first week I'd met my wife to be, and we became good friends (she was my student at the uni.(naughty teacher ;D) and had a boyfriend), and out of this friendship bloomed a relationship I hoped would never happen! I had dedicated my life to being a male tart.... God I miss that ;D just kidding!
Then I got married. I have to say I can't imagine a more unlikely thing, but talking to friends it seems this is what happened to most of them too.
One of my friends recently got married to a guy she originally met on the internet, and they now live in Italy and have a lovely baby boy, and she swore she'd never live abroad let alone marry a foreigner!
My advice, get your licence and be a pilot. Chicks dig that ;) Much cooler than being a golf player for a hobby ;D
You never know what is around the next corner, but don't look back.... The future is your destination, the past cannot be recaptured.

Mark ;)
