It depends what resolution you're running and how big your screen is, so no there isn't a formula. If you explain what you are trying to do, and with what software I'm sure someone can help.

Well put Mark.....let me help with an example.....with a screen running 800x600 resolution, and ten inches wide, then your inch to pixel ratio would be 80 pixels per inch.....this is only a hypothetical example............most

That's why you need a good program like Paint Shop PRo, Photoshop, Corel Paint, etc., that when you're changin sizes, etc. your dialog box decision can be made using pixel sizing or inches ... or ...
ANYBODY KNOW OF A CONVERSION TABLE FROM PIXLES TO INCHES...
