I have noticed that I am thinning in the back of my head, are there any suggestions for hair loss treatments?

I'm afraid you are out of luck as far as I am aware.  Once a hair folicle has died there is no way to resurrect it.  Sorry mate, the price to pay as a bloke

I'm loosing it at the front aswell mate, the thing is, im 19, and have been loosing it since i was 16.
My hairline has receided 4cm. Which when you think about it, is quite a bit.
I dont think there are any miricale cures, none that i know about. :-/

I don't suffer from this problem myself but take this tip from a friend whose head is like a billiard ball. "Try to accept it & cut your hair short. This is fashionable nowadays & has the effect of disguising hair loss." Please don't go for a rug or try to hide it with comb-overs & such. Women often say that bald is sexy.  ;)

Brad the only two options are either an operation on your head to put in new follicles (painful, and they fall out again in next to no time but leave your scalp scarred), or female hormone tablets, but then you'll have to deal with weight gain, a nice pair of breasts, and spending every fourth week making everyones life a misery.
My advice, get a new hairdo that doesn't accent it too much. My friend recently did this, and suddenly he's gone from Mr. Sideparting to Babe Magnet. I couldn't believe it, I've known this guy since secondary school, and he used to be hard pressed to pull a rotten tooth out of a dead donkeys head!
