Requiem for Miegs Field.

For the past decade, I have started each version of FS at Meigs Field.  As you may have heard, a day or so ago  Mayor Daley of Chicago brought buldozers out in the night and carved large Xs across the RW.  he claimed it was for reasons of terrism, but Chicago press is reporting today that that was just a ruse.  Big controversy surrounds the move, which pilots opposed.  Meigs is no more.  I've attached a press photo.  Seems sad, given all the times I've seen that runway on approach or practiced my patterns there.  Guess scenery designers will have to get to work to get us a version that looks like this.  Will Miegs live on only in MS 2004?

I THINK IT WOULD BE COOL TOP DL A PLANE WITH STOVL AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO US IT THEN FLY AROUND WITH IT..OR U COULD STILL TAKE HELICOPTER THERE I SUPPOSE

fyi, the runway was tore up almost two weeks ago
