another crash

It's going to be one of those days, again. The commander of the Pakistani Air Force has been killed in a plane crash.
His Fokker went down this morning. No more details at the moment.
It's turning into a bad week for aviation, again. This is tragic.

How many total aircraft have crashed along with how many people killed so far this year?

No, the crash occured in the north of the country a long way from any border.
Two air vice marshalls were also on-board. The wreckage has been found now. No more details yet.

Actually, right now we are lower than normal for crashes and crashes involving fatalities.
