Well Hagar, you're a shining advertisement for the Timbuctooean education system. Wish they taught history like they teach you over here in Cool Britannialand (or is that Thomson )  ;)

please dont take my comments as being meant to put you off flying, build all the time you can now. the more hours you have going into your 17th birthday, the less time you will have to wait to get the license, i have heard of a few people building up enough hours to get their license and then taking the checkride on their birthday.

I'd say same as Craig, get as much flight time possible, (I personally would start so many years in advanced), you can get your solo flying permit at 16 and full license at 17.....anyways whenever you get around to flying I hope you have fun
