B-25 cockpit sounds

Hi all,
I just downloaded the epic RCS B-25, and it is awesome!  The only problem is that I have no cockpit sounds.  Is there a fix or something that I can enter in the sound.CFG?

Also, is there a patch to put a yoke, and throttle in the VC?

That would be my last resort.  Is there anyways i can fix this?
