Is there anyway possible to disable the "flying tips", they are annoying, and I know in previous versions of FS you could display your frame rate... I can't seem to figure out how to do it in FSX.

Its the same as FS 2004, BE.... ;)....

Menu > Aircraft > Settings > Realism > Display Flying Tips. Check/uncheck.

Frame Rates (etc)=....Caps Shift + Z...cycle through the views.

Paul....FS 2004... ;)...!

P.S..you forced me into loading up my FSX to find that out!... ::)... ;D...!
You are going to have to study all the Menu options at the top of the FSX screen...(The same as you did for your FS 2004!)... ;D...!
